Cold, bracing wind in the morning Keeps me from losing my mind November haunts my memory Remember you loving me But I'll move on I can make it on my own You will always be with me People come and go in a lifetime Sometimes they don't stay very long I'll never lose that feeling Forever I'll be healing But I'll move on I can make it on my own You will always be with me But I'll move on I can make it on my own You will always be with me Lead Guitar: Chuck Mead Written by Arigon Starr © 2002 Starrwatcher Publishing (ASCAP) Lyrics reprinted by Kind Permission |

ABOUT NOVEMBER We lose far too many good people too soon, from disease, abuse, accidents or tragedy. I especially feel for families and friends who have lost loved ones from suicide or AIDS. I have -- and it sure does hurt. BR549's Chuck Mead adds a really haunting guitar solo here. FYI -- the above illustration is from "Echoes of the Elders" and was painted by Chief Lelooska to illustrate the traditional story "The Boy and The Loon," which tells of a boy who wanted to be the leader of his tribe. He is struck down by a wasting illness and prepares to die, but he is cured by the Chief of the Loons -- whose life the boy saved years earlier. |
