ABOUT BOX OF MEMORIES
Country star Patty Jones has been deeply touched by all of the confessional letters written to her by Verna. Patty introduces a new song during a break in the filming of her tenth anniversary special that was written especially for Verna and her tragic trucker husband Roy Bob Baloba. "I'm a big fan of Gram Parsons and George Jones & Tammy Wynette. Because the entire project had a wonderful retro feel, it was fun to imagine this as a special song you'd see performed on the Grand Ole Opry or maybe Johnny Cash's TV show," said Arigon.

Darlin'
It's good to see you
Your smile can light up a room
Sweetheart
I want to squeeze you
Remember my sweet rose perfume?
There is a secret I keep silently
I never got rid of the notes you wrote me
CHORUS
A wooden box of memories
I kept by my bed
Photos and letters
And things that you said
Darlin'
I sure did miss you
You were too good to forget
Sweetheart
I'd love to kiss you
Let's ride off into the sunset
Our hearts are beating with love that's brand new
We'll keep the good things like we always do
CHORUS
A wooden box of memories
I kept by my bed
Photos and letters
And things that you said
Darlin'
Now we're together
We'll add to those memories of when
The day we found each other again
Again
